What is the shipping process?

United States Postal Service (USPS) is the official shipping company of Soultri Scents until otherwise noted. Once your order has/have been shipped, all U.S. orders take 7 BUSINESS days to arrive based on choice of carrier and is also subject to shipping location. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may take longer. Shipping times do not include processing.

What is your return policy?
